SUBJECT: Proposal to Invest in Playa Viva
As a Research and Development Analyst, I was asked to research potential investment opportunities for ADMP that are committed to social responsibility, environmental awareness, and sustainable financial success. After extensive research, I highly recommend Playa Viva, an eco-friendly luxury hotel in Mexico, for this investment.

Background on Playa Viva
Playa Viva is an eco-friendly luxury hotel located in Juluchuca, Mexico. Founded in 2006, Playa Viva strives to incorporate regenerative practices in every aspect of the hotel. While green and sustainable practices focus on improving and eliminating damage to the environment, Playa Viva’s regenerative practices aim to improve the environment— to make it better than what they started with.
